A website can be significantly improved today and develop new accessibility problems next month. That does not mean the original remediation failed. It means websites change.

Regression testing
After an initial remediation engagement we can establish a known baseline for agreed pages and workflows. Future tests then focus on new problems instead of repeatedly presenting the entire historical finding list.
That is the difference between ongoing testing that gets read and ongoing testing that gets filtered into a folder. A report that says “412 findings” every month teaches people to ignore it. A report that says “three of these are new since the last theme update, here they are” does not.
Monitoring is optional
We do not require an ongoing subscription in order to perform remediation work. If your organization already has an internal testing and maintenance process, that may well be enough.
If you want periodic outside verification — because a regulator, a board, or a procurement clause expects it — we can build an appropriate retesting schedule around the pages and workflows that matter.
